The Pontiac has a downhill skiing resort
near Fort-Coulonge,
the Mount Chilly Ski Lodge, Lac de La Truite

Usually, the resort is open till March 31st, on Wednesdays,
Saturdays, Sundays and
official holidays, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Ski patrols ensure the
security, a
no formal ski school allows beginners to progress slowly
and there are organized sports events. You can rent equipment and have a drink or eat
something in the big cottage just near the ski hills. The ski resort has also a very good
repair shop and snow making machines.
